Chhath puja & dispute over it

I see chhath puja in different perspective. This festival is one of the , which is done by muslims also, because u do not worship any idol. You offer To setting sun and finish with rising sun, and that too standing in knee deep water . U even do not drink water.
Nature friendly, ( isi bahane water bodies ki safai ho jati hai) no over eating,
“ EVERY BODY WORSHIP RISING SUN ONLY, BUT IN THIS U START WITH SETTING SUN”
Take it in philosophical way give respect to seniors / experience.
Today is my chhath holiday is writing a bit long. Pl. excuse me.
No one ( even Raj Thakre) opposing this festival. Any political or apolitical put up poster / stage for their publicity leaves bad taste in mouth. In Mumbai people started with this trend in chhath or even Ganpati stall, should be opposed. In patna some people started in durga puja stall during lalu raj . People criticized and this trend nipped at bud stage only.
Now my opinion on Bihari VS Maharashtra.
We are reaping the harvest of nucleus family. Joint family institution teaches tolerance and sharing. U all are more intelligent than me, so u got my point.
If factories at Maharashtra , Surat, Punjab even Tamilnadu ( I have seen myself during kerla trip)
Get ‘ cost effective’ ( not cheap ) bihari man power, the same yard stick is applicable for Indians
Giving their services to BPO, USA and other out sourcing companies.
Its sickening trend. In Maharashtra , By Maharashtra then be prepared “ FOR Maharashtra”.
On railway jobs,
Many people are not aware that in seventies class iii & iv employed through local employment exchange, where the railway division was. But the railway was declared ALL INDIA SERVICE ,
So thru supreme court judgement, Railway till ‘pan’ India presence, each and every job on all India basis ( Andman to J&K). So little informed or ill informed people started this campaign.
Even all states service commission( gaztted class ii or class i) jobs are on all India basis.
Only class iii & iv jobs are reserved for locals.( at district level).
